Upon termination of your account, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability) and 14 (Governing Law) — shall continue to apply after termination.
You may request closure of your e111 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closure of your e111 account does not automatically initiate self-exclusion on any third-party Operator platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which e111 is incorporated and operates, as determined by its registered legal entity.
